*update* The product no longer works. Began to turn off when you move the cord. Then a few minutes and it stopped working. Received this because a discount was added and I see it out of stock now. So disappointed. I don't like writing negative reviews but I'm a bit disappointed that I paid for a new product and received a used and dirty hair removal laser. Missing instructions and razors. As if everything hadn't been repackaged. Apparently someone bought it. Second hand. And then returned. Also, I have no idea how to use this thing because it has no instructions. Also the feeling of being left out. Please fix this and I'll be happy to change my rating. I was hoping to use this product right away. The company only contacted me today to fix things I really appreciate even though it was months ago. But fortunately everything turns out. (Revain fixed this problem immediately - the company emailed me a few months later). The product is excellent. This works very well. I know you could probably buy a more expensive one, but would probably get the same results. I wish the cord was a bit longer as you have to stay pretty close to the outlet but it's all a waste of money. I noticed a difference as I used it every few days. I stopped using it all the time and my hair growth seems to be back to normal. I'll post my progress in a month or two. Many thanks to the company for the attention and attempt to rectify the situation. I know that sometimes you can't control who returns what, under what conditions and whatever happens. As promised, I have adjusted my rating to five stars as the product works as described. :)
