This is exactly what I need! I used to only have hoops that the ball snapped into. They were very difficult to put on and take off. I decided to look for these when looking for earrings for my next piercing. I went with them because they were more than enough for the piercings I wanted to have and to replace the ones I had before. Now my earrings are much easier to take off if needed. I have 8mm and they fit perfectly. They open easily, but zip up and stay closed. They are perfectly smooth when closed and feel like a solid, continuous loop. So much so that I had a hard time finding the hole when thinking about what color to keep. I just pasted them so I'll update them when they start opening or if I have other problems.
