I use a thin wallet and this item for receipts although you can use it on its own too. Reception is easy. You fold the receipt to fit, slide it into your wallet, flip it over and the receipt stays in place and you're ready for the next one. There are 4 card slots. If you use a slot for 4-5 folded $20 bills, you have 3 slots for additional cards. This is a good system and fits very well in a shirt pocket or front pocket.
