later so I had to carry my water bottle, phone/iPod (yes I still use my iPod) when walking. My phone is bigger and in a case. It fits perfectly in the pocket of this stretcher. I use a 20 ounce bottle of Hydro Flask - again perfect. What doesn't work is the belt. It's a bit flimsy and scratchy, but the most important thing is that it has an element for shoulder protection/comfort, but this element doesn't ride up/down on the belt. It's fixed so the shoulder piece won't be next to my shoulder once I adjust the strap for myself! But ladies, if you have a PacSafe, Baggallini, or Kiplinger shoulder bag - use this strap - it's way better.
