Excellent customer service

May be suitable for very fine hair. I tried using them for space/double buns, so half my hair. NO! Barely fit and when I assembled it my hair was everywhere. Very difficult to connect. The plastic ones with hooks on both sides are much better * Customer service is great! Problem fixed immediately
