I bought the light green (mint) color which is exactly the color I expected, only the fabric is so thin and light that you can see the box clearly through the fabric in good light. Luckily the room I keep them in is dimly lit, but probably all bright colors have this problem. I assume that darker colors don't have this problem. Aside from the see-through material, it's a perfect color match for my room and matches Target's niches perfectly. Target's are $6 a box, so they're definitely worth the price. They do their job and store some stuff. Good product!
