This is the second time I've bought Mini LIFX bulbs with identical results. They work fine for months only to upgrade the hardware and stop working in Apple Home altogether. I've tried removing them from the Apple Home app and resetting the lightbulb and can't reconnect to them. The picture doesn't show one of my bulbs because this time, unlike my first case, I only tried one bulb and reset all three bulbs when I reset. before you buy new ones. Well, here I am again with a smart lightbulb that isn't that smart. Attempting to contact support is only possible via email or social media. I've tried both and currently no response. It's terrible customer service and bad products as well. I would suggest buying Sylvania or another company that provides a contact number to speak to the person and resolve the issue via email or contact us via social media. LIFX's customer service motto is "We will get back to you anytime as we don't hire many staff and have many problems with the product." Extremely disappointed experience, so do your homework before buying anything from LIFX!
