This is amazing! I bought it because I live in a van and the van runs a lot of gas. Once I sprayed too much aerosol down the hall and this thing told me so. I didn't know the spray I was using was a gas fuel and I was discharging clouds from it and it was unhealthy. Luckily this thing saved me from my crazy chemist disaster that was potentially dangerous. Another time I had a clogged vent tube in an RV tank. Methane gas was building and that let me know. I once had a kerosene heater that came on because of a winter power outage, and this thing let me know when the carbon monoxide levels weren't acceptable. I would say that I got my money's worth and that gives me security. It has a nice loud alarm that sounds like a police officer is stopping you. It's not as loud as a typical high-pitched smoke alarm, but you're sure to hear it.
