DO NOT BUY AS PUMP BRA! It was just a joke! extra (hold) is too long and frankly annoying. You will keep trying to tuck it in after you put the bra on because it is sooooo loose and long and annoying and will pop out. If you're just looking for a nursing bra, there are MUCH better options out there! I bought a nursing bra, but then I wanted a pump bra. I read the reviews before buying it but honestly I don't know what these buyers were talking about because NOTHING worked for me. I use a Spectra pump, so I was specifically looking for a bra that would work with the Spectra pump attachment, which can be tricky. If I didn't wear it I would send it back. I only wore it once and hid it somewhere, I don't even remember, after my first disappointing try. Bottom line, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product!
