Really plus size!
I'm 40" waist and 5ft. I ordered size 2x and it fits me like a glove. Because I'm bottom; the skirt hits my bra and is still floor length. It's perfect because now I can wear extra large spanks without having to show my belly in a mermaid costume.This is a more durable material but I wouldn't compare it to faux leather.It's very light and shiny as shown in the picture .
