This is an extremely reliable and durable all-in-one which we have extensively tested in our office. Since we bought this machine we have printed over 85,000 pages without incident. There were no problems with the service, there were no breakdowns and problems. I've read reviews that Brother's support is severely lacking, but since I haven't even had to deal with it with this machine, I can't comment on that. Every day we fax, copy, print and upload to the cloud. from this machine constantly, so that every component is subjected to the same amount of stress. We haven't had any paper failures or print quality issues, and haven't had to do anything with the machine other than change the ink cartridges a couple of times.
