Napkins don't fit! You need to tweak it to make it "work" properly when it's not full. The napkin holder is so elegant and pretty but very disappointing in the end. As already mentioned, if the holder is not full, the towels will fall out through the opening in the arch and/or through the bottom. I looked for larger napkins to solve this problem, but all the formal napkins are the same size (though much more expensive) than the cheap "glossy" ones I usually use and they didn't solve the problem. My solution: I line it with a piece of paper to keep the napkins in place. I used yellow to show in the photos. All in all I will never buy this product again. I had to return it in time but figured buying large napkins might alleviate the problem but I never found large napkins to buy :/
