My Home Basics napkin holder arrived quickly and was well packaged. It's a simple, functional design. The only downside for me is that I like to use larger napkins and in this holder that means they kind of flap up at the top. At the same time, I just fold them in half and put them in a napkin holder. So I have fewer napkins in the holder, but I like it better that way. If you use a medium-sized napkin, this napkin holder is perfect for you.

This napkin holder is exactly as pictured. It is durable and well made. The only downside is that you have to make sure there are enough napkins to fill the holder so the napkins stay upright. If the napkin holder is not full, the napkins will turn over and fall out. Next time I'll probably choose a horizontal napkin holder where you put your napkins horizontally. But it's a beautiful, modern and elegant decorative kitchen element if that's what you're looking for.

Napkins don't fit! You need to tweak it to make it "work" properly when it's not full. The napkin holder is so elegant and pretty but very disappointing in the end. As already mentioned, if the holder is not full, the towels will fall out through the opening in the arch and/or through the bottom.
