My father ordered 3 of these. One had to be sent back because it noticed a defect in the housing. The inserts are not cut properly allowing you to place them where they should be and close the case the way it should be closed. The plastic inserts are cut too wide and fit into the slots as intended. After placing them where the slots say to go and trying to close them, the pieces will either flex in or out from where they are, they stay in place. When they occur, you cannot close any of the cases. The case is cut too low and you literally have to force it shut. I have photos to prove it.
