The purple is a lot lighter but brighter than the originals from Oakley but Oakley decided to stop making purple and seeing these were team colors I needed to find purple replacements. The price for these are lower than original replacements but not by a lot. The material is different and not as tacky as the originals so they don't quite have that "stick to your face" feel like the originals had.The color choice and lower price combined make this a solid 5 star overall.
