That does not work! This is junk
Thought I would buy a rechargeable one but got one that is rated for a 9 volt battery. Tried it internally on my dogs, didn't work. So I figured maybe it should work outside so I placed it where it was suggested for pesky barking dogs in the neighborhood. no it didn't work yet. It glowed like it was working but doing nothing. The dogs didn't even hesitate. A piece of junk. Of course, I missed my return deadline, so I stuck with it.
