Beautiful to look at, but nothing more. unless you use them as jewelry on your wrist. They roll up very easily so they don't stay on your head, they stretch so much they become very loose so you can still use them as bracelets. I didn't want bracelets. I wanted something to hold my hair back but it didn't hurt my head. It doesn't hurt, but it doesn't last either.
