Review on Spencer - The employee companion by Keith Maynard

I love that this is not just for HR but also works with other departments such as finance to keep everyone in line! It's easy to use so no training required either!! Love being able to track attendance, time off, vacation etc all at once instead if having to go back every month or two like you used too before! Also it helps us stay organized because we can see who has what days/hours available when they come into work vs going home which allows easier scheduling within our office space. Would highly recommend using this tool, great way to monitor everything from one place rather than multiple locations!
