Easy, kind and knowledgeable customer service

I love that they are very easy to work with! They have been responsive every step along my journey in finding an EAP for our employees. It is hard when you don't know what questions need answering or how long it will take so we really appreciate their prompt responses as well. Nothing at this time!! We're working towards providing wellness programs but haven’t gotten there yet! If anyone has any recommendations please let me know :) Health coverage needs continue growing due to COVID19…

Great product and even better customer service

I love that this is not just for HR but also works with other departments such as finance to keep everyone in line! It's easy to use so no training required either!! Love being able to track attendance, time off, vacation etc all at once instead if having to go back every month or two like you used too before! Also it helps us stay organized because we can see who has what days/hours available when they come into work vs going home which allows easier scheduling within our office space. Would…
