I've had this product for a little over a year and I've just started having problems: it became less accurate, lost power faster and only today started to overheat on the charger . It got very hot and then started making crackling and crackling noises. I don't know what to do with it, but I don't recommend buying this stylist and if you already have it, be careful with the charger 😥😰
