To me this product SEEMS like a refurbished product because it looked a little rough upon inspection. So I'm deducting a star from the rating. Note. I'm not saying this is a refurbished product. But the product works very well and I am satisfied. I have a 1999 CRV and it was easy for me to install the pump. To install it, I simply slid it up (down) into the slot on the fluid reservoir. He didn't move. Instead he got up. It was installed in minutes. For me the product came with a rubber grommet which I used. The bushing has holes on the inlet side to filter the washer fluid.
