My wife and I have been using these brushes in the shower for many years. We usually buy such a brush with a long bamboo handle so we can use it on our back. But it's such a high-quality brush that it reminded us of the brushes our parents had to clean up a little when we got in. Our family has farming roots and "brushing down” was a practical matter back then. We do a lot of outdoor gardening these days, and we actually find it helpful to dust ourselves off when we go indoors. We understand that's not the purpose of this brush, but we were amazed at the solid construction and the memory of the "we remembered the brushes from the messy room." Our brush is parked there now, near the door we normally enter and exit when gardening. Very helpful.
