Easy to use, customizable at will level of complexity for anyone who has used Word/Powerpoint in their day job! I have been able compare my first website with another that uses more costly software packages such as WordPress or Joomla; there's just no comparison when it comes down to ease-of -use vs functionality (and customization). There are times where you find yourself wanting something like PHPbb but don't want paying $80+ per year if your site isn’t popular yet – so they give up because "it won't work right anyway".
