I installed it on an ASUS H370M Plus motherboard in the x16 slot. I have a Samsung 970 Evo Plus PCI 3.0 NVME drive installed on a StarTech card. I went into the BIOS after a reboot and the SSD was recognized (it's not my main drive. It has no OS. It only contains data for Adobe Lightroom). M.2 motherboard slot) and I got about 3500 on my 970 Plus using the StarTech adapter. Worked great, no need to install drivers. No problems with a new computer with Windows 10 version 1903 and all updates from 09/30/19.
