I'm 73.5 inches tall, weigh 185 pounds and this medium fits me about as perfectly as the shirt does. It's sort of made to order. fits, but not too much, which means she'll show your belly, but you can get away with a little belly. It's thin but not tight. I'm very surprised that this shirt looks so perforated, but it's not really what you see. They did a pretty impressive job on the design, which is spot on (I've seen so many shirts aimed at that goal go horribly wrong). Everything else is great too. The lines are straight and high quality. seems as good as you can get textiles these days.
