Review on Stella Brush No999 Glitter Clear by Jhansi Thomas

Disappointing. I've been using Wink of Stella in my map making projects for many years. It was second to none when it came to providing added depth and beauty. This batch appears to be original but doesn't work as such. He gets blotchy. Tipping was very limited. What was on the map hasn't improved. There was very little in the bottle. It didn't embellish my postcard. In times of rising prices, you still hope to get a quality product. Eventually they get more money to cover their expenses. Mine came with no English writing, which I didn't care, but looks like it was a rejected prime project.
