Review on eBA workflow by Carlos Macy

I really enjoy this product! We are able to create templates that have our daily workflows for many different employees without having all of them open at once - great time-saver!! The best part is using it with Outlook so we can sync up seamlessly from day 1.-The first couple weeks can be tedious but they get easier with use as you become accustomized how easy everything works compared to other programs out there (especially those not made by outlook). This software does NOT allow users any access control if an email gets sent off site/outlook when being synced via their desktop program; however if an IT admin wants full management over who sees what emails then i suppose thats fine? If anything its been very helpful keeping my team organized & up date w deadlines for contracts etc The ease of use of this software is something I appreciate very much. It's very user friendly and easy to learn. I don't think there are any downsides to this program. This software has helped me keep track of my employees time off requests, payroll, and other employee related stuff. I also have used it to store employee information in a secure way.
