When I received them I had to try them out quickly. The sound is really clear. You may need to move the throat mic slightly to get the loudest sound. There are a lot of expansion pieces, so make sure you have some sort of bag to carry everything in. There are clips, cables etc. Everything worked great and I even had to contact the seller to make sure my radios would work with it. They responded quickly with an answer, really great. The throat mic is a big piece of plastic so be careful, it may seem a little weird at first but you get used to it very quickly. In general, I would take it back from the seller if he still has one.
