The ability to create integrations with other products in our ecosystem without having developers write code, which saves time (and money). It's easy enough that non-technical people can use it too! I would like more documentation about how best practices are supported by this platform; as of now there isn't much out there beyond what you see when creating an app or integrating your own API into one. We're using keboola to integrate Salesforce CRM records with third party APIs so we don't have to maintain those connections ourselves - saving us both development resources AND cost.
