Definitely runs small
This is very good looking shirt. Nice print and very impressed with how it looks But its too thin to call it a hoodie and it does run small. My daughter wears a medium in everything else, after reading reviews I got her an XL. And I am glade I did. Still a little snug for a hoodie, she just wears a jacket over it.
