Bought these for my upcoming flight to China but wore them on a 3 hour flight this week just to try them on. I wear shoe size 9 (women) and fit myself in a medium size. A bit long but not washed yet. The foot pocket is snug but not too tight and they felt great all day long! My only caveat is that they are very thick as someone else mentioned. Since I've been wearing them with tennis shoes it hasn't been a problem, but they will never work with some of my sneakers! They are also very warm, which will surely come in handy on a long flight.
