As for the support socks, they are very comfortable and fairly easy to put on. I ordered a medium size for me and a large size for my husband. The mids are a bit long for me, but I can reduce the stretch to get a smooth fit. I forgot they are included. As a bonus they are nice and warm in cold weather or on a plane where my feet usually get cold. I ordered a second pair for each of us. They hand wash beautifully and dry overnight if wrung well in a towel before hanging to dry.

Compression stockings are one of the best investments you can make when you have a long flight ahead of you. They are very comfortable, offer the right amount of compression and unlike the TEDS hoses I am used to as a nurse, they are easy to put on and take off. I wore these socks for just over 24 hours and they were very comfortable. They fit well and require little extra effort to put them on. As I began spending more time on my feet, I found that I needed compression stockings. A friend gave me a new pair of Jobst Sport Golf. They did the job, but it's expensive. I tried a $9.95 pair from W------ but they were so thin at the bottom that they were uncomfortable. So I went to amazon.com and ordered a pair of Fytto's for $14.40 and a Soft Travelsox for $22.00. There is no doubt that Travelsox is worth the money. They provide support and the soles are thick enough to provide cushioning.

I originally ordered the larger ones on sale as my feet are between 8/1/2 and 9 but they were too big. The heel went over my ankle and the toe ended at the knee and not in front of it like in the photo. I have since bought a medium that fits much better. I travel long distances fairly regularly and every time I get terrible swelling in my legs, ankles and calves.
