I recently had an accident which placed a severe strain to my achilles tendon. The foctor issued boot was tough on my foot because it didnt hold my foot into position well enough. But the Neenca boot with its inflatable bladders solved this issue for me. I really like the design for inflation. Theres a ball valve for inflating either ballast on the left or right side of the ankle, and theres a tiny valve you push to let the air out. I also like the "rocker" style heel. During my healing, it aided my walking gait.As far as customer support is concerned, I cant say enough about how prompt they responded back to me as well as their concern for my issue. I had a defective valve and they helped to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Hopefully i wont encounter another injury that requires I wear a boot, but Neenca sells other products and their support will go a long way with me, so I will look their way first in the future. I can highly recommend their boot because of its design and support!
