Fixed after further investigation. One of the wires was broken, or a chair ran over it, or our dog ran into it too. You can't blame Lenovo for that. However, I can complain that the low voltage cord/plug is not user replaceable. The old transformer works fine, but I can't power my laptop because of a bad cable. This was a replacement power supply for my daughter's school Chromebook. He arrived on time and worked for about a month before he died. Since it looks slightly different in appearance than what came with your Chromebook, I have to wonder if it's fake. I've ordered another one because we need a working one, but I'm very disappointed.
