The first pair I bought was a men's 7 that turns into a women's 9 - that's what I wear. Even without insoles, they are short and the toes reach as far as they will go. Pull up half a number and you're good. They fit both men and women and look a lot better than the old velcro sneakers that some older people wear. I may be in my 50s, but I don't want to look like I'm bingoing with Hazel and Florence. It's just a comfortable shoe and wears well. No offense to Hazel and Flo who I don't know.
