The best thing about the product is that the speaker is great when it works. This only worked intermittently, and when I tried to call the promised tech support, the number provided for the US wasn't a US number. I emailed support and was immediately told they would call me, the tech said it was broken (I couldn't turn it off or on, made weird noises, often said it came back online was, then separated again ). Support said they would ship a new block but it wouldn't even ship until 10 days had passed since the day I was told they would ship it. They told me it's up to Revane when they send him. This product is a Revain supported device that provides the ability to call and text friends if I allow Revain access to my contacts.
