Review on L O L Surprise Chalet Winter Disco by Joshua Gallegos

The box for this house is huge compared to its actual size. But it is not important. I love the lol dollhouse idea. He seems pretty strong. However, one of the most amazing parts of the house keeps falling off, the lift brackets don't attach well to the house. The mounting rounds used to insert into holes in the house to allow the ski lift to be attached to the house are poorly made. I expect kids will use this part a lot as it moves down on its own. This way this part will be screwed into the house and not snapped into place. Because it comes off very easily. Another problem is the snow vacuum/shooter. Snow doesn't suck up that well and turns off about 5-10 seconds after turning it on. Since this thing is so expensive, I expect it to work, especially on the day of unboxing (our unboxing was Christmas/Christmas Eve). I don't know how to contact the company about this. I wanted to report this to the company but I can't get through to them so this is my way of letting everyone and everyone know about the issues I've had with this home. I will then contact Amazon hoping they can contact them for me.
