EZARC: It's Not Quite as Straightforward as They Make It Sound

As someone who is just starting out in the world of tools and equipment, I couldn't wait to go over the variety of power and hand tools, as well as power tool components and accessories, that EZARC has to offer. My interactions with the company, unfortunately, did not live up to my expectations in any way. To begin, the quality of their products is not particularly high. It has come to my attention that their power tools lack adequate power and have a bad design, and that their hand tools are frequently flimsy and of poor quality. In addition, when I have attempted to use their components and accessories, I have found that they do not function in the way that is described for them. On top of everything else, EZARC has a customer service department that is severely weak. Every time I sought to seek assistance with one of the many problems that I was having with their products, I was faced with annoyance and indifference instead of being given the assistance that I needed. Overall, EZARC is not something I would suggest to anyone, and especially not those who are just starting out in this industry. There are a plethora of different organizations available in the market that provide superior items and superior service to their customers. Your time is better spent on something other than EZARC.
