Great pillow! Best bedding

We have just returned from a very long trip to Japan and China. After reading many reviews I decided on this pillow and another one. I took both on a trip and tried both. In the end, I liked this one the best. I have a very long neck and when I try to sleep on a plane my head always hangs forward. This pillow essentially immobilizes your head but does not harm you. As an added benefit, the side pads block noise, but I've also used noise-cancelling headphones and the pad didn't bother them. This is definitely my pillow for every flight at the moment.
