My old headphones are broken. I've had two genuine Apple headphones fail in less than 3 months. Instead of paying for a new Apple certified one, I went with this one. I used them for the airport. They are great for making phone calls, very clear and crisp. For music, they do about as well as my original Apple headphones. There's one interesting thing that helps keep them in mind. I wore them for 24 hours and felt a bit sore after removing them but that was to be expected. I don't find this type of headphone to be the most comfortable, but everything else is a minus. I would recommend 10/10 to others. I am picky about my headphones so if I use them for a month or two it will be worth the money.
