It assembled correctly but the lighting was very poor and looked very gray and dim. Sending sms was difficult as they were slow and displayed in real-time mode On the front camera, the video quality was terrible and started creating static and then freezing. Over time I thought maybe he was getting used to the phone but it got worse and now my phone won't turn on at all just showing the apple icon on the screen. I took it apart again thinking maybe the connections were loose or something but everything was tight. This is an update from 04/19/21, support has contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and even offered me a replacement or refund. I really appreciate it and I know they care about their customers so I really believe they care about their customers to keep offering their services. If I need to buy again another time, I know that I will be taken care of and the situation will be resolved.
