Girls` fashion just got better with this flared winter skirt! Based on my observations, the QUALITY of the fabric is great and the fit is perfect .The cute design is eye-catching and my daughter loves how comfortable it is. The skirt is warm enough for the colder weather and can be easily paired with stockings or leggings. The only con would be the limited color options available but that's just a minor issue. Overall, a great addition to any girl's winter wardrobe!
