Purchased with my Excalibur dehydrator. This is a very thin material, slightly thicker than parchment paper. I'm not exactly sure what they're made of, but it's almost like woven silicone. The material is very slightly porous which is great for drying really wet items as it is dense enough to prevent dripping but also allows some air underneath. They are not 100% non-stick. When I make flaxseed and vegetable crackers I usually stick to a few pieces, but I just toss them in the sink, rinse with water, scrub with a sponge and they peel back. I also keep one at the bottom of the dehydrator to catch drips, which really helps keep the dehydrator clean.
