The most important thing is its flexibility to send emails from any location - even one without internet access! Also I love how easy it was setup at work that helped me get my accounts for 2 or 3 other organizations set up easily with just some very light configuration (but you don't need server skills like if they were hosted elsewhere). Support really doesn't seem as good compared to others but still ok. No integration of webhooks would be nice to have so we could set an alert when email isn' t delivered/ bounced etc and see who didn't receive mail, what's sending too much etc. A free trial version is available which gives them enough time before purchase in order to give us confidence about support quality. We are able to use Gmail from anywhere where there’s no local connection to our mails servers, including I like the ease of use - it's easy to create and change your mailbox settings as you need them, and there are many useful features such as being able to send emails to multiple recipients at once, and having the ability to customize any outgoing email with more than just one recipient. There is nothing I dislike about this product. It has been very helpful in streamlining our business communications processes. We're no longer required to have physical mailboxes for our employees.
