Unfortunately, like many others shown here, this power strip is not properly grounded. They use a neutral wire for grounding instead of adding a third wire for grounding. This third wire is required for analog video surveillance (like HD-TVI) to provide a permanent ground connection for all equipment, especially if your DVR/NVR and camera are normally connected to a UPS.
