I would love to give this product five stars but there are a couple of downsides that hold me back. First off, let me say that this is an absolute five star scanner in terms of performance. Not only can it read a large amount of 2D barcodes, but also multiple 1D barcodes that laser scanners cannot read. Bluetooth pairing was a breeze. I haven't tried wired or the included nano receiver. Programming is the standard method of scanning programming barcodes from the manual. This scanner can also read codes from a phone or monitor screen, eliminating the need to print documentation pages. Haven't tried this with a projector image yet, but I think it might work. And lace. My god, I didn't know I needed this in my life. You no longer have to sit in front of a scanner and look for it. I have to deduct a star for the strange loading without documentation and lack of support. It says you have to turn it on to charge, which I did, but it still won't charge. I finally made sure it doesn't charge when plugged into a USB port on a PC. It also won't charge from a USB PD charger, despite having a USB-C port. It charges with a standard USB-A charger. I only noticed this after Revain replaced my first scanner because I couldn't get it to charge. I wrote the company a letter and received no reply. Thankfully, Revain was by my side. So here it is, a 5 star scanner with some loading features and 1 star support. Hopefully you won't need it, but maybe buy a protection plan just in case.
