I don’t fully understand whether the headset came with a marriage or not. Friends and colleagues hear in communication applications what is playing in the headphones, the wife also confirmed that everything that is played in the headphones is extremely well heard. At the same time, the headphone volume is extremely low. Noise reduction does not help (Krisp, Nvidia Broadcast and others). From cheaper Chinese headphones, which I bought to replace, there was no such situation at any sound volume in the headphones. The situation is especially noticeable when watching YouTube videos in which there is a human voice. I requested a refund, I will look for a replacement for the old Chinese headphones further.
