I like that it's easy for my staff to use, they don't have any problems with training or learning how to operate the system. It also keeps our inventory organized very well. There isn't much more you can ask for in an electronic weapon tracking software! The only thing we dislike about this program is there are no reports available once the program has been installed. We have had issues where some items were not able to be tracked due to missing barcodes. This was resolved by adding them into the database but you cannot see those changes until someone logs back onto the system. So if you have any problems when installing this product make sure you test everything out first. Being able to store information regarding what firearms each user owns as well as keeping track of accessories on every firearm makes our jobs easier.
