I was very happy that this product worked. Unfortunately, it was all just one big mess. The first unit I bought came with mislabeled cables which damaged it after I connected it according to the manual. After replacing the device, the camera worked for about a week and then stopped working. According to the manual, the problem is with the SD card. After switching to a new SD card, the problem persists and the device beeps. The app that came with the camera is of poor quality, loads very slowly, and is confusing to use. There is no technical support, the instructions contradict the assembly and the markings on the wires. I am returning this item for the second time. For this price range, there is also no way to rotate the camera recording if the camera has to be installed upside down. This product has great potential but very poor execution.
