These items didn't even come in a box, just a sealed plastic bag. As a result, the shoe was crushed in transit and the plasticized material (the most obvious guess) that the heel area was supposed to be made of was crushed and dug into my Achilles tendon, making it impossible to wear. Due to the way they were stacked in the package, some crushing must have occurred on the original shipment. I give 2 stars because the fit is close to advertised size and they look like their advert which is rare these days.
